Nexiom have spent considerable time in writing software to be able to undertake heatloss calculations specific for the Isle of Man.

Climate information used in the calculations was provided by the Isle of Man MET office.

The calculations have been produced in accordance with the latest MCS standard MIS 3005 Issue 5.0. and BS12831 2017.Below is a sample room by room heatloss.
