Garff Parish District Commissioners have used Stuart Clayton trading as "Nexiom Limited" and formally "G&S Services", to carry out Electrical works at the Local Authority properties since 2012 to present.
 
The tasks undertaken have included both scheduled works and out of hours callout.  The types of work completed have included Electrical installation, maintenance and periodic inspection works in domestic, office, workshop and public open spaces including the Laxey Campsite.
 
At all times Mr Clayton has been flexible in his approach, willing to undertake any works requested, and completed all tasks efficiently, effectively and in a timely manner in accordance wtih the required standards and codes of practice.  During this time Mr Clayton has developed positive working relationships with the Authority's employees.
